1.     Go over Calendar

Sing Days of the Week Song

The Day of the week is THURSDAY

Look at Calendar, find date, find # to match date, put sticker on Calendar

2.     Introduce Weekly Theme: Rainbows

3.     Introduce Vocab Word: prism - a prism can be made out 

of glass or other clear material in

 a solid, sometimes triangular, shape.  

When light passes through the prism it 

separates into the different colors 

of the spectrum/rainbow.

4.     Read Poem of the week: Rainbow Dream

5.     Sing Song of the week : Rainbow Song

6.     Go over Letter, Number, Shape/Color

7.   INTRODUCE NEW NUMBER OF THE WEEK: 3

9. PUT STAR STICKER IN COUNTING BOOK

8.  Letter Activity PLAY DOUGH 

9.   Number Activity  PLAY DOUGH NUMBER MATS
